Exploring our Relationship with Ambition
Saturday the 19th of January

  • What is the role of ambition in our lives and careers?

  • Is it a help or a hindrance to fulfilling our potential

  • Do you have to push not to miss the boat and is there even a boat?

A workshop facilitated by Nick Oakley-Smith & Steve Knight dedicated to exploring our relationship with ambition in the modern world.

Over the course of the day we will draw on a number of perspectives
and approaches to help examine the role of ambition in our lives and
consider how we fulfil our potential and the role we can play in the process.

The workshop will be facilitated by Nick Oakley-Smith and Steve Knight.
Nick and Steve have both worked as Human Resources directors for
Ernst Young as well running their own consultancy and coaching
businesses for over twelve years working with international
organisations across a range of sectors. They also work with individuals
on a personal basis helping them understand themselves more deeply
and make wise decisions about their careers and the challenges they
face in their jobs and personal life.
