A Taster Day of EF-EMDR at Heartshore With Jacqueline Turner and Dawn Oakley-Smith

We offer individual sessions and group workshops that are suitable for anyone interested in their own well being and personal development, with specialist experience in the treatment of PTSD and complex-PTSD.

What the day will Include;

Meeting the Heartshore Herd

• An introduction to EMDR
• A variety of exercises that offer the opportunity for you to engage with the horses and access a deeper sense of resource and connection to self
• The day will conclude with a Shamanic drum journey to integrate your experiences of the day
• Bring a packed lunch - refreshments will be provided.
