In this workshop, we explore the nature of boundaries—both those we set and those we encounter in others. Rather than seeing boundaries as something that separates or protects, we will inquire into a deeper question: How can boundaries become a source of love and connection, rather than disconnection or control? Together, we will explore how to relate to boundaries without closing the heart or trying to manage how others behave. This is a space to discover a way of being where clarity and openness coexist.
